Is your order not quite what you expected? No problem! At Janéa The Label, you can easily return your order.

Return Period

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt.

📦 Conditions

To be eligible for a return, we ask for the following:

• The item is unworn and undamaged

• The item contains all original labels and tags

• The item is (if possible) in its original packaging

• Items that do not meet these conditions unfortunately cannot be accepted

🚚 Return Costs

The costs for returning an item are the responsibility of the buyer.

📩 Register a Return

Send an email to info@janeathelabel.nl with:

• Your order number

• The items you wish to return

You will then receive further instructions for returning your item(s).

💸 Refund

Once we have received and checked your return:

• We will refund the purchase amount within 5 business days

• The amount will be refunded via the original payment method

• We are not responsible for lost returns. Please always keep your shipping receipt.
